Danny Marucci

Danny has been with Bull, Son & Schmidt for over 27 years and a Partner of the firm for over 20 years.  Danny went to school at St Patrick’s College Strathfield and then attended Sydney University where he graduated with degrees in Economics and Law (Honours).

He has had the privilege for acting for a wide range of clients across a broad spectrum of the business and general community including corporations, trusts, partnerships, co-operatives, associations, charities, sole traders, consultants and contractors.  Danny is mainly involved in the following areas of law and seeks to provide practical and efficient solutions to what are usually complex legal problems for his clients:

• Business Law – including advising on the sale and purchase of businesses or companies, restructure of companies and businesses, general corporate business matters and regularly works closely with our clients’ accountants, financial and tax advisers on various business matters;
• Commercial and Residential Property – including sale and purchase, of residential, industrial and commercial property (including off the plan developments), leasing of commercial property and financing of development projects;
• Employment Contracts – including reviewing and advising on employment and contractor agreements;
• Estate Planning – including the preparation of wills and other estate planning documents.

He has been involved in various community activities including presenting seminars to community groups, providing pro bono services at Royal North Shore Hospital and like most members of the firm Danny has acted as Secretary of the North Metropolitan Law Society.

Danny enjoys keeping fit with regular visits to his local gym, plenty of swimming, including ocean swims and being involved in general sporting and recreational activities.
